How it works:
Once your ads appears online, tenant/buyers/agents who are keen in your property will be able to call you direct. The responses will be similar to responses from placing an ads in ST Classified.
1. When tenant/buyer calls, he will be able to call you direct or if he calls us, we will direct him to call you. And you can deal direct with him. No agent involved.
2. Tenant/buyer's agent calls, he will be able to call you direct or if he calls us, we will direct him to contact you. And you can deal direct with the agent. In this case, You must be prepared to co-broke/reject/negotiate with the tenant/buyer's agent.
Both cases are similar to if you put up an ads in STClassified.

Before we post your ads, you must get ready:
1. 2 pictures of the inside of your property. This can be shot of the living room, bedroom, kitchen or bathroom.
2. Provide a short write-up of the property, describing its salient selling points.

Additional ad-hoc admin support can be purchased from us to support you to secure the tenant/buyer.
